Roll-Stock Pouches

Printed, laminated film on a roll, ready to run on your form-fill-seal machine.

Quick Turnaround

Roll-stock is among the faster formats to manufacture, so reels reach your line without long waits.

Made for FFS Machines

Film is wound, cored and registered to run smoothly on form, fill and seal equipment.

Strong Barrier Protection

Laminates guard against moisture, oxygen and outside contaminants through the supply chain.

Fits Many Product Shapes

One film format can pack products of very different sizes and forms.

Product Overview

Endless Possibilities Begin Here

If your factory already runs automated packing lines, you probably do not need ready-made pouches at all. You need film that behaves well on the machine. That is where roll-stock comes in.

Roll-Stock Pouches

Roll-stock is film that has been printed and laminated, then wound onto a roll. Your form, fill and seal (FFS) machine unwinds it, shapes it into a pouch, fills it with product and seals it, all in one pass. Because there is no separate pouch-making step on your side, production moves quickly and labour stays low. The film can be adapted to suit different product shapes, sizes and filling speeds.

Technical Benefits

Designed for Performance

Cost Control

With no pre-made pouches to store, warehouse space and pack cost both come down.

Less Handling, More Output

Long rolls mean fewer changeovers and less downtime during a production run.

Barrier You Can Rely On

Multi-layer laminates slow down moisture, oxygen and contamination, which protects shelf life.

Machine-Friendly Film

Even thickness and tight registration help the film track straight and cut cleanly at speed.
